Today’s Killer Instinct stream was bursting with tons of Fulgore information. Below are highlights from the stream with all the Fulgore goodies you are dying to know and a few pictures.
- Shadow Meter for Fulgore (Reactor Meter) allows for normal actions like Shadow Attacks and Shadow Counters but it also allows for some special stuff
- The special actions you can do with the Reactor is cancel Special Attacks into Special Attacks. You can also cancel Shadow Attacks into Special Attacks
- An example would be doing a projectile, cancel and do a teleport behind your opponent right away
- Fulgore’s Reactor allows for more than two moves of Shadow at a time
- Instinct builds Reactor Meter (Shadow) and his movement speeds up
- Instinct and full Reactor lets you use the across screen chest laser beam
- Fulgore without meter plays very differently than Fulgore with meter
- Fulgore has standing heavy kick, hard knock down
- Also has a kick that pushes opponent away, can lead into meter charge right away after the push
- Some Special Attacks include fireball, fireball has light, medium and heavy each have more fireballs respectively
- You can manual off of the fireballs
- Reasons for choosing to do light vs heavy fireball has to do with cancel windows, much quicker with less
- Another Special is his laser eyes, light is very close range aiming down, medium straight forward, and heavy aims up like anti air
- Need to be careful you don’t waste your meter cancelling when you don’t want to
- Fulgore has another Special which is screen relative teleport. One is always left, one is always right, and one is always middle of the screen
- Shadow version of teleport puts Fulgore behind opponent
- Fulgore’s ponytail is an accessory
- Fulgore’s stage is called Ultratech Headquarters
- Season 2 is confirmed
- Killer Instinct will be at E3
- Shadow Jago will be undergoing a lot of changes
- When asked who will be doing the soundtrack Adam Isgreen said stay tuned so it appears we still don’t know if it will be Mick or not
- Gargos and Eyedol not on the list of returning characters for Season 2, not likely
- Shadow Tiger’s Lair stage revealed, locked in this build
- Campbell was finally exposed by Daniel

Seriously CANNOT wait to see if they bring in the characters from KI2 to the xbox one version plus I really hope they port over the original KI2 to us fans on xbox one. Im really happy seeing how this awesome franchise is in such good hands!!!
I feel the exact same way as u do especially regarding Season 2 and don’t worry I’m pretty sure and positive that all the rest of the remaining KI characters will come back in Season 2 as well as the new ones. The same can be said for KI2 being ported to the Xbox One. Also I couldn’t agree with u more now that Killer Instinct will be handle pretty well by the new developers and overall has a bright upcoming future ahead for this beloved fighting game

These details are (primarily) exciting, great, amazing, and cool news including the long-awaited confirmation of Season 2 as well as Shadow Jago receiving entirely NEW movesets and stage and in all likelihood theme. This is an AWESOME/SUPREME VICTORY and FTW too overall
Also I really hope that Mick Gordon will return/come back as the composer for KI once again AND join the new development team Iron Galaxy Studios as well as rejoin some of the original developers from Double Helix Games so he can ONCE AGAIN compose the awesome, amazing, and wicked themes for each of the other characters, both old and new, and overall soundtrack for Killer Instinct
I totally agree, Mick has made an awesome job with KI music.
I must admit I’m worried about Season 2, because I’m afraid of KI2 be totally ignored. Exemple: KI2 not being ported to Xbox One and KI2 characters not coming back for new KI.
Don’t worry. I already have a pretty good feeling and at the same time I’m pretty positive that Killer Instinct 2 will be ported to the Xbox One AND the characters from KI2 specifically Tusk, Maya, and Kim Wu will return/come back for and overall be in Season 2 of Killer Instinct. So we just need to wait and see how the development of Season 2 will go/come along from the new developers Iron Galaxy Studios
Now here’s a thought: Robin Beanland, the original composer for both KI1 and KI2, and Mick Gordon, the current composer for Season 1 and overall for the new KI/KI3, both working and composing TOGETHER for Season 2 and overall on Killer Instinct. What do u think about that? I can now certainly and definitely imagine both Robin and Mick making an excellent and amazing as well as creative team composing MUCH MORE awesome, amazing, great, and wicked themes for each of the other characters, both new and old, and overall on Killer Instinct

Cool! KI classic is an incredible game, but my personal favorite is KI2 Gold. But, of course, Killer Instinct is my favorite game series.
Talking about composers, I’m still waiting for more information regarding the new Killer Cuts!
Yes. The very same thing goes for me here too including Killer Instinct being overall one of my all-time favorite fighting game series
Now that u mentioned the all-new Killer Cuts album I was wondering the exact same thing myself regarding when the new Killer Cuts will be release. Mick Gordon did mentioned that it is going to come out at the end of March or if Killer Cuts has been delayed and extended into next month even which I kind of hope doesn’t happen. Overall we just have to wait and hear on the official confirmation of the official release date for the all-new Killer Cuts especially from Mick himself.
Now I can hardly wait as well as contain my excitement when the all-new Killer Cuts album is release so I can listen to this to my heart’s content and hopefully as a physical copy too which I have a good feeling that it will come out in a CD form as well

Indeed it is. That is a relief as well. I too would be quite disappointed if Mick doesn’t come back to compose the new themes for the other KI characters including the new ones in Season 2 but somehow I have a good feeling already that he would return
Hey Lorde get this: Mick Gordon is returning ONCE AGAIN to be the composer for the KI characters both old and new in Season 2. Pretty awesome, wicked, sweet, great, exciting, and amazing news, yes? That means he is going to and will compose more new awesome, amazing, epic, wicked, and badass themes for each of the KI characters both new and old in Season 2 of Killer Instinct. I was SO hyped when I heard this news and now I can’t wait to listen to Mick’s new themes for the other KI characters in Season 2

Why would they CHANGE the announcers? Both Chris and Mike were already in Killer Instinct
special into special on hit or also on whiff? i think i remember how fulgore did cancel normal fireball into up-laser without hit of fireball… thats SICK as hell. he will have some really nervejangling setups then. didnt thought he would be that deep before but now i think he will be much ( MUCH ) more fun and tactical than jago and thats a really good thing for me
