   what kind of developers and company region locks a game that is played worldwide, i am an american working in south africa , ghana and nigeria, why region lock KI ranked.    I see Double Helix haven’t resolved the issue with the game. the only thing i’m referring to is….. please just let us play killer instinct “OFF-LINE” it’s still doing the ridiculous thing. after pressing start. The game will dashboard back to XBOX ONE MENU
