Bring the original characters especially Riptor and Combo and PLEASE bring back Tusk and another white MALE character, like i BET 75% of the people playing This Game are white males So please we need a few characters to relate to the asians have Jago and blacks have Combo So at least bring back Tusk! And less female characters

To tell you the honest truth, i would like to see the whole original ki roster back, why try to bring this game back from over 15+ years and not have the originals we all played & loved, maybe new characters in later seasons but the originals come first, and if you dont plan for future seasons might as well put a nail in ki’s coffin because its a fighting game, you can only play 8 characters so many times, lets be for real here i find it extremely doubtful that we’ll see as many players playing ki now then a year from now if theres no continuious expansion

We know the old boss characters aren’t coming back so far they will bring three of them back cinder riptor n TJ combo n an new character to surprise us just have an feeling then an couple of old ones n then an new one lol I’ve to research more but no I’m not messing with u all just giving u all positive feedback life too short for hate lol

For start Season 2 I want Kim Wu, Maya, Tusk, Cinder, TJ Combo and Riptor.

Unfortunately so, yes. The very same is true for Eyedol. And Ken Lobb himself said that they are not considering bringing back both Eyedol and Gargos for Season 2. Not only that Ken is even actually embarrassed for these iconic KI boss characters
Well, considering the story of KI, it wouldn’t make sense they come back. But, as a fan of the bosses, especially of Gargos, it’s kinda sad.

Yeah, u got a point there regarding KI’s storyline. I’m not sure why Ken is embarrassed of Eyedol and Gargos but my guess would be because of the character designs for one
Bring on TJ COMBO!!!, He is such a beast and think he will change this games style dramatically so the sooner the better if you ask me, I mean because he’s a boxer they could give him and only him the option to parry moves and then go savage mode that would be insane if they brought this back and then I would have to say cinder, Tusk, Riptor and kim wu most definitely, The rest of the cast I would love back with some completely new characters but I think I could wait them out but these four I chose is a must and needs to be reality ASAP!!!, Come on Iron galaxy I know you’ve been working hard on this since December so please bring out Tj combo or Cinder at e3 10th June 2014 which will make it 6months to reveal one of these characters because we know that’s how long it takes to develop a character or at least least tease us.

Let’s not split hairs like a DLC poll. This game is great, but they have a lot more characters to do…there should be at least 20 minumum. This is taking way too long….and seasons are too far apart. Wtf how many seasons if they do 7 characters a time??. I can’t even devote myself to this game without a final product. I think in good faith they should give a roster and timeline for fans to watch development happen. Nothing should be secret at this point.

If you ask me ki has been at an awsome pace so that people can really master the characters avaliable. When I say master I don’t mean play a few games.
Each player in ki is well balanced and plays different. Online jail has almost iradicated early quitters and the net code is FLAWLESS
Id much rather a small and ever exciting growing roster then a large one that is dodgy and broken online. Next month we get fulgore and story mode and at e3 we will get cinder and tj cimbo.

Hold up…As fans of a launched incomplete product, we should know their full character roster and best estimate dates. We don’t even have a confirmed date of when seasons are delivered and how many seasons. To your point, nobody wants broken characters…feels like we need more people working on this game.
Hold up as a FAN of killer instinct I had to wait like somthing like 17 years for ANY new content other than a viva pinata games card lol.
Id rather a small hard working talented team to add as X1 comunity grows and increases sales rather than have a 20 roster day one that kills the budget and any profitability and in turn closes KI down for another 17 years.
The game is working its top class and attracting the right press and gaming circles thats all that matters wheb cementing its future!
When I brought KI I brought ki classic and KI3 there was no CERTAIN talk of season 2. That was just a possibility if it did well. I brought the game on its own merit and im still pretty happy with it.
Yes of course I want more but we have to grow organically. A disk based 20 roster would have at launch shut ki down forever! The x1 sold well at launch but no retro, hardcore, neiche, fighter was ever going to cover its production cost on a launch system.
Yes we need info and that will come in june at E3. Irongalaxy have been working with the system for 6 months now and they have the easier job of adding rather than creating net codes balances and games enguines.
Yes indeed and I now totally agree with everything u said regarding the overall future of Killer Instinct. So from what you’re saying Iron Galaxy Studios has been currently working/developing further on Season 2 of KI since December AND at the moment too, am I correct (hopefully)?
Oh yeah: Let us not forget Riptor as well and I absolutely agree KI3 is HYPE. As for Iron Galaxy they are also STILL using the Hex Engine that was created and developed and later given to them by Double Helix Games which happens to be another big relief from Iron Galaxy Studios

The main character I want to see return in season 2 is CINDER!!!!! Everybody else is irrelevant until CINDER return!!!!!! I want to see TJ Combo, and RIPTOR return, but not before CINDER!!!!!! Season 2 first character has to be CINDER, and it’s not like it’s that damn hard to reinvent him…he a damn man made of fire, lava, and plasma… BRING CINDER BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think…. Cinder. And I want Cinder back more than because it’s kinda cool concept, his sound! Cinder’s voice at screaming when he gets beaten, or saying inferno, is something I totally want to hear in HD with new kind of voice synthesis or audio design. Riptor I will also love to see him in action, but boy I hope they would put more effort to make him look badass, at difference of what they’ve made with Sabrewulf. Tusk is my third option he had this cool Ultimate combos in KI2, a meteor shower and gigant lizard eating the half shit of you.
Maya and Kim Wu, were something I never choose to play, they were just so clumsy, but I don’t know, if they bring ’em back something cool might happen. Eyedol and Gargos are not coming back for sure this season, and it’s quite a shame, because I have seen some sick fan art of Eyedol, seriously amazingly awesome, like a demoniac underworld beast made of bones, check it out if you can, and the concept even the name Eyedol, a two headed cyclops is phenomenal, I think I have never seen something like that in any other game or even cartoon.

They said season 2 would be around the same number of characters (possibly 9 or 10) and the rest of the roster is assumed for season 2. For sure though they said season 2 will not have eyedol or gargos. Maybe season 3. Kind of annoying that ken lobb is like embarrassed of both boss characters. Eyedol was cheap but he was unique as hell and his redesign could be amazing. Gargos sucked and looked like shit but he has sooooo much potential to be a badass character. Any new characters introduced shouldn’t be human, I cannot stress this enough that this can’t turn into mortal kombat. Most and I mean most like 80% of the characters should have a creature feel to them. Love mk but 90% of the characters are humans. I’m talking minotaurs, apes, jekyll and hyde type, vampires, we have a fire guy and an ice guy so why not a guy with electricity, or a creatures with multiple appendages. Sadira works because of the creepy spider thing that oddly enough doesn’t remind me of spiderman. I wasn’t that thrilled about ki2 because they took away the fire dude and the raptor and what replaced them? A generic martial arts human with nunchucks, conan the barbarian and his female counterpart. But I do want them back just no more humans, we have plenty and that’s not what this game is remembered for.
Reason why they replace riptor cinder n thunder back in the day thier were trying to appreal to women players that played video games as marketing idea which thier doin the same in killer instinct today another thing was the story of the K.I

I agree with Cinder being the 1st one to be reveal and, in turn, release for Season 2. However I feel that Riptor should be up next after Cinder since after all just like in the case of Cinder, Riptor was also created and developed by Ultratech. And after Riptor TJ Combo
