A couple of days ago, a new Xbox One update was pushed out that made some much needed changes and adjustments to the Xbox One console. Among those changes was the option to see how much remaining storage is currently available on the console as well as the ability to manage that storage. Bearing that in mind, it means that you can down permanently delete your Killer Instinct data and start anew. I’m not sure why anyone would really want to do such a thing considering how much hard work has likely been put into the title, but the option is there if that’s your cup of tea.
To delete your KI data or data for any other title you may own, select the game from the ‘Games/Apps’ category, press the menu button on your Xbox One controller, then select the option to manage your storage. Simple as that. So if you want to start KI from the beginning or need some additional space on your Xbox One, feel free to start deleting whatever you want/what is necessary!

GODDAMNIT DOUBLE HELIX FIX THE TRASH RAKING SYSTEM….. sigh ok i’m mostly calm…. but double helix fix this shit. i’m at level/rank 23. one simple lose half of my goddamn experience points was lost. it was nearly Full two more matches i would become level 24. fuck it’s going to take a while to fill up my XP metter. jesus sigh….. Just calm down.. -_- this is probably the reason why i usually quit. it’s because of that massive XP lose.
P.S i don’t ever rage quit. nor Quit for no reason. this is just unacceptable.

I fixed my problem with game not starting or no online matches by uninstalling and reinstalling game. Hope this helps
That seems like a waste of time in my opinion. deleting then download/install the game… it takes quite a while. of course that all depends on you’re home connection
SERIOUSLY!!??. plase for the love of god. fix the jail system. and fix killer instinct offline mode if that make sense. trying to launch KI while playing offline doesn’t work. whenever you’re at thhe start sreen when it says “Press Start” it will dashboard back to the xbox menu.
Hard reset is the fix, pulling plugs is a little drastic. All you have to simply so is hold your xbox logo on the console for 10 seconds and you’ll get a green xbox screen when you turn it back on
Anyone besides me not able to play ki? Everytime I click on ki it shows the logo and then boots me to the dashboard. Shits really pissing me off. I guess I’ll have to call xbox to see wtf is up. Any opinions or advice on the subject would be great.
Hard reset your xbox one pull the plug from the wall for 30 seconds
KI needs to be online to work. Make sure you have a connection. Same thing happened to me a few weeks back.
